After a 36 year career in various industries and 20 years as a Senior Executive at a Fortune 500 Company, I decided to change my direction. Now, I share my passion by helping others and to assist in leveraging people as a competitive advantage to achieve desired results. I believe in simple and pragmatic solutions to the talent challenges facing business in today's competitive environment. I have lived through and led teams through many business transformations and I firmly believe that success is rooted in going back to basics and using intuition as the source to drive creative and profitable growth.
